Farmer’s Market & Pre-Orders

 

Hello Friends. We’re at a local Farmer’s Market near you! You can also pick-up at one of our weekly drop-off spots!

You can find us every Saturday, from 8am - 1pm, at South End Farmer’s Market @ Atherton Mills (2000 South Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203). We’re also accepting pre-orders for pick-up, select Saturdays, at the Cotswold Market (see address and pick-up times on the Order Form), and if you happen to be at Camp North End on Wednesdays, you can find us every other week from 4pm - 8pm (contact us or find us on Instagram @FarmhouseBBQ for the weeks we will be there).

Whole & Half Beef Briskets are available for special occasions, the holidays, or casual tailgating. Each individual brisket will vary by weight, so contact us for a custom order. We look forward to feeding and celebrating with you!

As always, all of our animals are raised locally and in accordance with the Highest Animal Welfare Standards: Free-Roaming and on Pasture (Our Beef Brisket is sourced from cattle that is 100% Grass-Fed AND Grass-Finished); Never fed any filler or animal by-products; Never treated with hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. Everything from our kitchen is non-GMO, (MSG & Preservative-free) and we never use corn syrup. That's our promise to you.

Here’s How it Works . . . We use the same Live-Fire, Whole-Oak, Daylong-Smoke to render our Meats to perfection before pre-portioning, flash-freezing and vacuum-sealing in BPA-free packages. All of our smoked meats are full-cooked and come ready-to-reheat. One pound of brisket or pulled pork & 40 minutes in the oven is all it takes to get BBQ for two on the table.

All of our meats are sourced from Farms that are dedicated to the Highest Animal Welfare Standards—Humanely-Raised in accordance to Temple Grandin—Free-Roaming and bred without Antibiotics, Hormones or Steroids, and fed on natural pasture without Animal By-Products or Artificial Ingredients. Our Whole Beef Brisket is sourced from Cows that are 100% Grass-Fed AND Grass-Finished. Our Pork is sourced from Heritage Breed Pigs raised on Open Pasture without being fed filler or animal by-products. Our Smoked Turkeys and Chickens are All-Natural, Antibiotic-Free, and Free-Ranging. We only use Authentic Ingredients: Real Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and rendered fats such as Tallow (Beef) & Lard (Pork) trimmed from our meats. We never use any vegetable oils, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. And as always, All of our Scratch-Made Sides, Breads, and BBQ Sauces & Rubs, are Non-GMO, MSG-Free, Preservative & Corn Syrup-Free. We cook like your great grandparents used to. Real Food for Authentic BBQ. We feed you like we feed our own family.
